• Together with respective BU’s CFOs and treasury team, develop a financing plan that will meet BU’s specific requirements.
• Overall financial plan and fund raising strategy which includes fund need, target amount, timing, terms & conditions, FX & Interest hedging requirements and other banking support (eg. Treasury products / cash management required by the group).
• Build strong relationship with the financial communities (bankers, investor, hedge funds, rating agencies, etc.).
• Implement financing plan through various banking facility and structure, including roll-over of existing loan and hedging lines for foreign exchange, commodity, and interest rate.
• Review Company’s forex and interest rate risk and give recommendation on the strategy to achieve Company’s objective.
• Enlarge the Group Corporate Finance to a diverse spectrum of financial institutions globally so as to ensure limited risk exposure to liquidity, the bottom line and company’s public image.

Job Requirements:

• Deep understanding of financial market developments, banking/financial products & structures and regulations
• Able to work and manage all external parties from banking personnel, including senior credit personnel and external legal counsels
• Good command of English is a must, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Graduated from reputable university, preferably with MBA/ Master's degree in Finance
• Good Communication and inter-personal skills
• Min 5-6 years in similar role and having preferably 3 years of experience in Investment banking/ Corporate Finance/Investment/ Financial Advisory
