• Responsible for assisting all monthly postings and month-end tasks to ensure the completeness and accuracy of general ledger, complies with IFRS.
• Develop and manage an end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping system for financial reports to tax reports
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Work with the Finance team to resolve outstanding issues on monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist in preparation and review of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Make sure the company complies with accounting and tax standards
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

Qualifications

• A master’s degree and/or CPA/CA are desirable.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills to ensure timelines are met for internal and external reporting purposes.
• Effective communication (both spoken and written) in English and Bahasa
• Ability to work independently and fully communicate with the direct manager, the subordinate, and other internal/external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and demonstrated ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely
• Strong Experience working with Oracle Netsuite.
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience of relevant experience in financial analysis, planning, and control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with a GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Experience from a renowned industry in a similar role or Big 4 consulting firm is preferred.
• Strong knowledge & Update about accounting IFRS and Tax Regulations in Indonesia (Employee Tax, Company Income Tax, Withholding Tax).
