Accounting - Reporting:

• Maintaining and monitoring preparing the organization’s financial records (Opex and asset) and preparation of the monthly financial statement and its details
• Prepare all reports needed to be sent to the regulatory, internal company and group
• Monitoring recoverability of the other asset, other receivables and accrual & liability area
• Monitoring and recording of the Opex accrual

Portfolio Accounting

• Support and assist any new projects related to the portfolio products
• Provide support in designing and development of the portfolio products (incl future initiative), such as initiation, UAT & Accounting matters
• Capture the transactions happen of the products once it's go live
• Ensure proper reconciliation between system and FS
• Support on reporting matters related to portfolio things
• Maintain and monitor requirement from the regulators (OJK and BI) and group for all related portfolio accounts
• Automation of the manual job that related to the portfolio products
• Prepare amortization process for the capitalization cost related to portfolio and it reconciliation with the partners

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in related position
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field from an credited college or university.
• Preferably senior staff specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
• Communicative in using English language
