Assistant Accounting Services Jobs

Mazars Indonesia is looking for an Assistant Accounting Services Consultant to join its growing team of professionals. Since its establishment in 2008 in Indonesia, Mazars has grown to be one of the top audit, outsourcing, tax, legal and advisory services providers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare client’s financial statements, group consolidation and financial reporting, tax reconciliation, and tax return coordination in the audit process and filing of profits tax returns, support budget, and forecast activities when required
• Prepare tax and government remittances forms and filing
• Meet project deadline and ensure high accuracy
• Manage payment processing and fraud prevention functions. Ensure accurate bank information
• Handle special and ad hoc projects and support managers when required
• Prepare check vouchers, checks and process payments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Desire to work in an international environment
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting services supporting role
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications
• Willing to travel, if needed
• Knowledge of taxation such as VAT and Income Tax
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in MS Windows applications and financial reporting and payroll systems
• Able to work overtime, if needed
• A good team player with a positive attitude
• Good command of spoken and written English
