Accounting Payable Specialist Jobs

Jet Commerce currently operates in six Asian countries: Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, and many more to come.

What you will do:

1. Create a Supplier Payment Form based on the Contract, PO, Berita Acara, DO, or Invoice.
2. Check petty cash/reimbursement from employees/related expenses from Suppliers based on SOP/agreed terms and conditions.
3. Classified all the bank payment for the cash flow statement and all expenses, purchases/payments accurately based on its nature.
4. Create bank payment information for the system and reconcile the bank statement.
5. Create a journal for expenses, purchase/payment to Suppliers, bank payment, and accrued expenses accurately.
6. Maintain the list of payments to Suppliers monthly for accrued expense purposes.
7. Maintain and push for realization of advance payment to Suppliers monthly, other receivable-employees monthly.
8. Prepare weekly and monthly report related to all payments and realization.
9. Create an SOP for all related work.
10. Closing the Account Payable Module every month.

What will you need:

• Min 2-3 years experiences in the same field
• Able to communicate both written and oral in English
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel, Flowchart and Accounting Software
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting major
• Understand basic taxation knowledge
• Work hard and willing to learn more things
