Finance ( Account Payable) Jobs

Responsibilities

• Strong Integrity, Honest and pay attention to details
• Support in other finance related jobs
• Perfoming day to day financial Transactions, including verifying, Classifying, and record account payable data
• Assist in monthly closing report
• Familiar and well understanding on banking system
• Understand account and expense centre
• Advance with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Etc) & Accounting software
• Proven knowledge in basic bookkeeping and account payable principles
• Preparing bills, Record Invoices and Bank Deposits
• Reconcile Account Payable ledger and ensure that all bills and payment are accounted for and properly closed
• Generate account payable related report
• Verify & identify discrepancies, if any by reconciling vendor account and monthly vendor statements
• Proven ability to calculate and managing figures and financial record
• Understand compliance issues around account payable processes
• Communicating and coordinating with external and internal parties in related of payment process
• Proven work experience as a finance account payable
• Processing account and incoming payments in compliance with Finance Policies & Procedures

Qualifications

• Fast learner
• Understand the knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Advanced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (will be advantage)
• Have Experience 4 years in finance accounting tax
• Having experience in a construction company (will be advantage)
• Bachelor of Accounting/Finance/Management or relevant majors
• Strong attention to detail
