Bachelor of Accounting/Finance/Management or relevant majors

Proven work experience as a finance account payable

Have Experience 4 years in finance accounting tax

Proven knowledge in basic bookkeeping and account payable principles

Processing account and incoming payments in compliance with Finance Policies & Procedures

Support in other finance related jobs

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Familiar with local/US GAAP and knowledge & compliance in financial & accounting management and internal control

Provide report and analyze the Company’s financial performance to support management decision making

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities of Finance Account Payable:

Melakukan verifikasi reimbursement petty cash all department

Melakukan verifikasi reimbursement Opex Driver

Melakukan input transaksi pelunasan ke dalam sistem

Minimal Pendidikan SMA/SMK/Sederajat dan D3/D4/S1/Sederajat jurusan Akuntansi dan jurusan yang relevan

Mampu mengoperasikan MS Office terutama MS Excel

Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses

Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills

Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing

Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner

Maintain 1099s and generate report at year end

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Managing end-to-end account payable process (verification, data entry, review, and payment cycle).

Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting or related fields.

Min. 2 years of working experience as Account Payable Staff.

Have experience in using SAP system and able to operate Microsoft Excel.
