What you will do:

1. Create invoice based on Contract/Quotation/Sales Order.
2. Responsible for collecting payments from Account Receivable / Other Receivable.
3. Classified all bank receipt based on its nature for Cash Flow Statement.
4. Create journal for invoicing, bank receipt and accrued revenue accurately.
5. Reconcile account journal and listing tie up with Trial Balance every month.
6. Prepare and report any tasks that assigned from Upper Level.
7. Prepare weekly and monthly report related to all outstanding receivable.
8. Create an SOP for all related work.
9. Closing the Account Receivables Module every month.

What will you need:

• Able to communicate both written and oral in English
• Min 2-3 years experiences in the same field
• Work hard and willing to learn more things
• Understand basic taxation knowledge
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting major
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel, Flowchart and Accounting Software
