Job Description

Requirements:

  • High integrity and problem solver
  • Minimum 2 years working experiences as a Account Receivables field preferably have experience to manage online AR transaction
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Prior experience working at big4 is a plus
  • Strong in technical accounting and update with the newest PSAK and taxes regulation
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Detail oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure
  • Able to adapt with fast paced environment


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily transactions of AR settlement and sales advance payment
  • Ensure all AR transactions are properly recorded based on applied accounting standard
  • Working and maintain good communication with sales team
  • Responsible give coaching and oversee staff level
  • Perform reconciliations for all AR settlement / advance payment for online revenue stream
  • Develop and improve Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)
