Account Receivable (Temporary Replacement For Maternity Leave)

We are looking for “Account Receivable (temporary replacement for maternity leave)” for Beko Indonesia team which will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Personnel Qualification

• Professional in every aspect
• Preferably having 1 – 3 relevant experience
• Bachelor's in finance or accounting
• Fluent in English is a must (speaking, writing, and listening)
• Having good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Able to operate SAP
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of general financial management and analysis ; financial reporting, finance project management

Job Responsibilities

• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Maintaining billing system
• Maintaining account receivable files and records
• Investigating and resolving financial management and analysis
• Perform account reconciliation
• Generating invoice and account statement
