Finance AR Staff

Requirements:

•Have 1-3 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting or more or less in the same field.

•Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or management.

•Can operate SAP or NetSuite is a plus.

•Detail oriented and able to work under pressure.

•Excellent analytical and numerical skills

•Understand accounting journals, tax and business processes.

•Can operate Ms. excel well.

•Good communication and initiative

Responsibilities:

•Record all customer receivables data based on all printed invoices so that data can be recorded accurately and on time.

•Prepare a list of bills and equipment to be billed according to the printed date with the aim that billing can be recorded accurately.

•Filling in the required data and documents related to financial and banking transactions with the aim of ensuring that there is physical evidence to support the company's interests.

•Making weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports to superiors
