Senior Account Receivable Executive Jobs

Writing and delivering report to clients and Branch Manager.

Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to streamline the reconciliation process.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.

Effectively communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the collection process.

Monitor and track collection efforts to ensure timely payment of invoices.

Maintain clients satisfaction through strong account management and implementation skills to enlarge and renew sales deals.

Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales

Knowledge in using Salesforce or other CRM

Strong cold calling skills and tele-communication skills

Excellent communication skills and have a professional level in English

Active on social media in a business context. Experience using Linkedin

Minimum 2 years working experiences as a Account Receivables field preferably have experience to manage online AR transaction

Prior experience working at big4 is a plus

Processing, verifying, and controlling AR documents

Monitor daily Account Receivable transaction

Identify outstanding Account Receivable and update account status records

Min 2-3 years experiences in the accounting or finance operations

Manage & reconcile cash collection on a daily basis

Create invoice based on Contract/Quotation/Sales Order

Recording bank entries and prepare Bank reconciliation

Responsible for follow-up on outstanding Account Receivable / Other Receivable.

Performing day to day incoming bank transactions including verifying, classifying and recording to XERO accounting system

Manage and track client outreach

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

4+ years' of relevant experience

Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients
