What will you do in this role

• Recording bank entries and prepare Bank reconciliation
• Create invoice based on Contract/Quotation/Sales Order
• Support AR ageing preparation
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to all outstanding receivables.
• Manage & reconcile cash collection on a daily basis
• Reconcile outstanding Account Receivables every month
• Create an SOP for all related work
• Responsible for follow-up on outstanding Account Receivable / Other Receivable.
• Performing day to day incoming bank transactions including verifying, classifying and recording to XERO accounting system

Requirements

• Able to communicate both written and oral in English & Bhasha
• Understand basic taxation knowledge
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel, Flowchart and Accounting Software
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting major
• Work hard and willing to learn more things
• Min 2-3 years experiences in the accounting or finance operations
