Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented with professional attitude
  • 1-2 years working experience as Accounts Receivable in retail/FMCG
  • Possess time management skills with the ability to prioritize job tasks effectively
  • Processing, verifying, and controlling AR documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel


Responsibilities:

  • Handle invoicing and billing process
  • Identify outstanding Account Receivable and update account status records
  • Perform reconciliation for all AR settlement / advance payment for Consignment & Offline revenue stream
  • Monitor daily Account Receivable transaction
  • Ensure all AR transactions are properly recorded based on applied accounting standard
