Job Description

We are a remote friendly small tax firm in the United States with a physical office in Seattle, WA. We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeping Assistant for one of our partners to assist with bookkeeping clean up and maintaining small business clients' books monthly.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree (S-1) in accounting from a reputable university. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if you have an excellent GPA
  2. Fluent in English
  3. Microsoft Excel skill is required
  4. QuickBooks Online experience is a huge plus
  5. Able and want to learn new apps or technology
  6. Punctual, reliable, organized, detail oriented
  7. You have a dedicated high speed internet connection, your own computer and a place for you to work with no distraction
  8. Comfortable with video meeting and screen sharing
  9. Have the flexibility for video meetings from 6am to 1pm (Jakarta Time).


Compensation:

  • Monthly salary: USD 1,000 to USD 1,500
  • 2 weeks vacation
