Job description :

- Create and send invoices to client

- Manage account payable and receivable

- Monitoring day to day financial operations of the Company

- preparing payment to vendors

- reviewing documents completed before payment.

-posting journal entries (sales, deposits, expenses, and other journals) to ensure all business transactions are recorded in accounting system.

- Preparation of financial statement and other reports.

- Forecast and Controlling the company's cashflow for effevctive operation and payment.

- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties.

- Experienced in performing corporate tax reconciliation and filing VAT/WHT.

- Handling pettycash.

Requirement :

- Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance from reputable university

- At least 3 years experience in Finance & Accounting

- Depth knowledge in financial, Accounting, and tax.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excell.

- Familiar with accounting software (Jurnal.id)

- Able to work independently and work within the group with minimum supervisons.

- self confident, pro active, strong integrity, well organized, detail oriented, and mature

- Good and strong in communnication skill, time management skill.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
