Currently we assisting our client sourcing the professional talent for their organization as Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager with below detail:

Requirements:

• Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Creative thinker who possesses the ability to simplify processes to add value.
• Bachelors Accounting Degree.
• Good mix of financial management, planning, analytical skill, co-ordination skills and understanding of internal controls & processes.
• Knowledgeable in local taxation regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably has experience as external auditor from reputable public accountant firm.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Knowledgeable in accounting principles, standards, and practices, mainly PSAK.
• Proficiency in English.

• Candidate must be able to work as a team, to supervise a team and work independently based on the tasks to be assigned, with the following key responsibilities:

FINANCE

• Understand withholding tax impact to each type of invoice for accurate payments.
• Prepare necessary agreement as required.
• Ensure day to day operation relating to invoicing, payments and disbursement in compliance with accepted policies and procedures. Ensure banking process and administration are manageable.

ACCOUNTING

• Ensure that financial controls are in place and monitored appropriately in light of current business needs, risks and corporate governance requirements.
• Ensure all accounting records and filings are maintained in a well-organized and timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of day-to-day bookkeeping and administration.
• Responsible with month-end, year-end closings and supporting the supervisor in carrying out the responsibilities of the finance and accounting department.
• Responsible in all aspecs of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivables, petty cash, billings, bank reconciliation, loans, taxation and balance sheet reconciliation, etc.).
• Liaise with external auditor to ensure timely completion of annual audit process.
• Prepare analysis of accounts and accounting data as requested.

TAX

• Liaise and collaborate with tax consultant to ensure compliance with tax regulations including appropriate submission of monthly and annual tax return.
• Able to address tax implication in every transaction and give recommendation for resolving it.
