Assistant Accounting Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor monthly and annual closing processes
• Monitor the process of recording the company's journals and transactions of money and goods
• Creating, analyzing, and archiving reports and documents related to work
• Coordinating with external auditors and implementing audit recommendations into the company's financial recording and reporting process
• Perform control monitoring over the process of stock taking and cash taking
• Performing control monitoring and ensuring the performance of the accounting team is in accordance with the SOP
• Carrying out other tasks given by superiors (including tasks in the form of projects) for the benefit of the company
• Performing calculation recapitulation, as well as coordinating the process of receiving/claiming marketing funds to the principal
• Implementation of audit results into the company's financial processes and reports
• Coordinate with other departments regarding the company's bookkeeping
• Ensuring that financial reports are presented completely and in accordance with applicable accounting and tax regulations

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an accountant
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting major, financial management or other related major
• Expertise in Excel PSAK, IPO and Tax
• Familiarity with finance report (company assets, budget, marketing fund, trade receivables payable, depreciation, taxes payable, and expense charges, exchange differences, stock recap, employee receivables)
