Finance Accounting Manager Jobs

Requirement

• Understand accounting principles and financial reporting
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, including 3 years in a management position
• Bachelor of Accounting or related fields
• Having an accounting certification (such as CPA or CA) is preferable
• Experience in the fashion retail industry
• Have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage budget well
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, as well as lead and develop a finance team

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and long-term financial planning
• Maintain company compliance with tax regulations and other financial regulations
• Manage and lead the company's finance department, including accounting, taxation, and expenses
• Partner with other departments within the company to develop business strategies and ensure the achievement of the company's financial goals
• Led and develop the finance team, providing the necessary direction, support, and career development.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage cash flow and expenses wisely to ensure the company's financial stability
• Leading the team in preparing financial reports for management and other stakeholders
• Analyze the company's financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
