Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and reinforce company protocols to guarantee effective cash management and robust financial controls.
• Handle both local and foreign currency transactions, leveraging banking management systems to enhance payment processes, boost efficiency, and improve reporting capabilities.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with banking partners, guaranteeing streamlined banking transactions, efficient account management, and adherence to financial norms.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional units, particularly accounting and operations, to ensure coherent cashier operations aligned with company objectives.
• Compile and maintain precise financial records, presenting daily transaction reports.

Your Qualification:

• Demonstrable experience in Finance Cashier or Treasury roles. Experience in the Shipping and Logistics domain will be advantageous. - Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Skilled in using banking management systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with precision in financial analysis and reporting.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication aptitudes, facilitating effective interactions with internal teams, banking entities, and other external stakeholders.
• Profound knowledge of Cashier management principles, banking functions, and financial instruments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and banking procedures.
