Our client, a multinational logistics company is currently hiring a HR Executive with requirement as follow:

Handle both local and foreign currency transactions, leveraging banking management systems to enhance payment processes, boost efficiency, and improve reporting capabilities.

Skilled in using banking management systems.

Profound knowledge of Cashier management principles, banking functions, and financial instruments.

Foster and maintain robust relationships with banking partners, guaranteeing streamlined banking transactions, efficient account management, and adherence to financial norms.

Execute and reinforce company protocols to guarantee effective cash management and robust financial controls.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Responsible for financial accounting of the department, and audit evidencing documents according to the requirements of the company management system

3+ years experience in accounting and finance field.

Responsible for audit and accounting treatment of the fees and the accounts payable documents

Prepare a financial aging schedule, track accounting receivables and dealing of other projects

Responsible for the tax provisions and tax declaration

Follow up the implementation of the budget, ensure expenditures within budget

Understanding and knowledge of corporate finance workflow, accounting principles, local tax laws, regulations and reporting processes in Indonesia.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.

Have experience minimum 1 - 2 years in the field of Financial Accounting.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST with minimum HSK Level 4.

Attention to detail and high levels of efficiency and accuracy.

Strong accounting knowledge and familiar with the latest accounting and tax regulations with audit experience.

Work closely with Project Manager and prepare Commercial Invoice.

Prepares and coordinate with the external auditors for the completion of yearly Audited Financial Statements and any other related requirements.

Liaise with Bank Relationship Manager for foreign currency settlement.

Accounting degree or relevant qualification.

5 – 10 years of relevant experience.

3 - 5 years HR experience;

Experience gained in MNC is highly preferable

Ensures day-to-day HR data are entered into the system accurately through regular system audits.

Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Human Resources

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including processing bills, ensuring timely payments, and handling expense reimbursement.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance.

Strong organizational skills, ability to track prospects, and proficiency in multitasking.

Provide support during audits and tax audits by coordinating and providing necessary documentation and information.

Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting systems, programs, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Perform various accounting duties and handle ad hoc requests as required to support the financial operations of the organization.

Manage employee's complete life cycle (Pre Onboarding, Onboarding, Offboarding)

Support HRBP Manager in relation with others HR administration and reporting

Support HR Manager in Employee Engagement Programs.

Responsible as the business partner

Coordinate and communicate training programs to related parties

Support the preparations of training (material, venues, attendees, etc)

Experienced with accounting at least 1 years

Experienced with start-up culture will be a plus

Have a strong knowledge of accounting system, tax, and legal

Prepare a structural financial report monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

Provide assistance for the month-end and year-end closing process.

Coordinate with the internal and external parties for day-to-day business activities.

Degree holder in Finance/Accounting from a renowned university.

Minimum experience of 1 year working as a position of accounting staff, shipping/freight forwarding background is preffered (Fresh Graduates are welcome)

Good knowledge of the Accurate Accounting Systems so you should be tech-friendly.

Proficiency in MS. Office applications, Strong MS. Excel spreadsheet skills in financial modeling.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from different nationalities and levels.

Solid understanding of accounting system.

2+ years of experience in accounting and HR management

Excellent leadership and management skills

Manage the recruitment and selection of new employees, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers

Provide advice and counsel to senior management on HR and accounting matters

Manage all aspects of the accounting and HR departments

Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

3+ years of experience in HR field

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Administrative or equivalent.

At least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
