Mandarin Finance Hr Executive Jobs in Kota Bekasi, West Java

Strong accounting knowledge and familiar with the latest accounting and tax regulations with audit experience.

Work closely with Project Manager and prepare Commercial Invoice.

Prepares and coordinate with the external auditors for the completion of yearly Audited Financial Statements and any other related requirements.

Liaise with Bank Relationship Manager for foreign currency settlement.

Accounting degree or relevant qualification.

5 – 10 years of relevant experience.

Manage employee's complete life cycle (Pre Onboarding, Onboarding, Offboarding)

Support HRBP Manager in relation with others HR administration and reporting

Support HR Manager in Employee Engagement Programs.

Responsible as the business partner

Coordinate and communicate training programs to related parties

Support the preparations of training (material, venues, attendees, etc)

Responsible for financial accounting of the department, and audit evidencing documents according to the requirements of the company management system

Responsible for audit and accounting treatment of the fees and the accounts payable documents

Prepare a financial aging schedule, track accounting receivables and dealing of other projects

Responsible for the tax provisions and tax declaration

Follow up the implementation of the budget, ensure expenditures within budget

Ensure the monthly invoicing work smoothly to complete relevant accounting filing and articulation inspection work;

About The Finance HR Manager Role

Manage HR-related work including payroll and tax

Format Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and demonstrate Excel skills (basic functions, etc.) associated with billing operations

Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting or finance

Strong in critical thinking, analytical and numerical skills

- Strong organizational, project management & problem-solving with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

- Manage BPJS Health, Insurance and Social Security

- Prepare and manage payroll list
