(Mining) Mandarin Accounting Finance Manager

About the Company:

Our client was restructured from several supply chain service and went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011. The company's main business is supply chain management and logistics services, logistics platform development and operation. Resources: Commodity procurement and supply business mainly feature plastic chemicals, metal minerals, agricultural products, forest products and mechanical and electrical products, such as five general resins, EVA, fish meal, whey powder, palm oil, latex, steel, non-ferrous metals, automobiles, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a financial aging schedule, track accounting receivables and dealing of other projects
• Responsible for audit and accounting treatment of the fees and the accounts payable documents
• Complete tasks related department
• Responsible for specification and verification in financial instruments accounting of the allochthonous corporation
• Follow up the implementation of the budget, ensure expenditures within budget
• Responsible for financial accounting of the department, and audit evidencing documents according to the requirements of the company management system
• Responsible for accounting in futures, options, gold lease, swaps and other kinds of financial products
• Ensure the monthly invoicing work smoothly to complete relevant accounting filing and articulation inspection work;
• Responsible for the tax provisions and tax declaration

Requirements:

• Experienced in handling finance accounting department is preferred.
• Bachelor degree or above, financial related majors
• 6+ years related working experiences in finance accounting related.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) language
• Working at Chinese companies, dealing with Chinese expats are prioritized.
• Able to understand on dealing with accounting finance in Chinese format.
