Finance & Accounting Officer Jobs

Responsibilities

• Maintaining General Ledger.
• To document and process all invoices on site to ensure that all invoices that have been received are complete, accurate and are well documented.
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring that bills and invoices are processed accurately and timely, and payments to suppliers and vendors are made.
• Handling daily bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciling bank statements and financial reports.
• Manage accounts receivable, which involves tracking customer payments and ensuring that outstanding invoices are collected on time.
• Preparing financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, to provide an overview of a company's financial health and performance.
• Recording all financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
• Updates job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices

Qualification

• Minimum GPA 3,30
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable university
• Having a minimum 1-2 years working experience in the industry
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Tech-savvy
• Excellent attention to detail
