Finance Manager Jobs

Our subsidiary The Gourmet Pantry, currently is looking for a Finance Manager to head the finance function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
• Manage and optimize cash flow, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and efficient management of receivables
• Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and financial reports for accuracy and compliance
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact financial operations
• Train and supervise finance team members, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies, goals, and policies aligned with business objectives

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial analysis
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with numbers and financial documentation
• Proficiency in financial software and systems
• Proven 3-4 years experiences in financial management within the F&B industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying financial information to stakeholders
