  • Assist end-users with their problems and resolve it promptly.
  • Work as a team and ensure the service level is met.
  • Understand the latest information and provide accurate information.
  • Handling cases from User via case escalation - Webform Special by CS Inhouse
  • Follow-up on outstanding cases and follow-up with customers.


Requirements


Requirements:


  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • High attention to details
  • Multitasking and able to work under pressure & willing to learn
  • Min. Diploma degree from any major.
  • Good communication, and has a good public speaking skill.
  • Having experience to handle hard complaints cases and good in service recovery is preferred
  • Able to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word).
