Follow-up on outstanding cases and follow-up with customers.

Having a minimum 1 year experience in Desk Collection or related area is a plus.

Strong communication skill, logical-thinking, and problem-solving skill.

Negotiate with users to collect the payment

Active listening to identify user’s problem

Educate and provide solutions for users

Collecting debts through a phone call.

Having KYC knowledge is a plus.

Analyze client profile to determine the required KYC information as per procedure.

Analysis of collected data, perform sanity check, liaise with the team leader for further documents, information and confirmation.

Maintain SLA and accuracy for customer and regulator satisfaction

Min. Diploma degree from any major.

Able to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word).
