Vp Finance - Retail

About The Company:

Our Client is a New Retail Ecosystem of consumer brands from F&B to lifestyle services and others. They have more than 250 stores and is rapidly growing with more brands to come.

As VP Finance, you will own and lead the ERP implementation project to integrate all of the finance and accounting operation processes - aiming to automate and digitize the process for all branches.

s:

• Working with finance leads, determine how cash balances and other balance sheet items should be accounted for into the new system.
• Assess current financial policies and procedures and develop the ideal workflow to be used with the new ERP system
• Review finance process constantly and identify areas of improvements
• Working closely with internal and external finance and technical teams and evaluate how system changes will affect workflow, data, and reporting. Recommend changes based on their evaluations and input
• Perform individually or in the team any ad-hoc or Company special projects in relation to financial project transformation
• Ensure that workflows incorporate key financial and procurement controls as identified in policies and procedures

Key Requirements:

• Strong financial analysis skills to partner with the business/commercial team
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Finance business process improvement
• Strong team management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. Master's Degree is a plus
• Experience in ERP implementation is a must
