  • Provide inputs to Loan loss provisioning for overlays.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely loss forecasting for Plan and Outlook, including the stress testing.
  • Maintain compliance with internal credit policies/practices, regulatory policies and prepare, update, and ensure approval of all internal policy and procedure changes, keeping proper change and approval logs.
  • Provide leadership to the team including coaching/mentoring, performance management and evaluation, work assignment management and resource/capacity management, monitoring and escalating as needed.
  • Develop and validate models for loss forecast that will be used for various business strategy to determine acceptable Profit and Loss.
  • Conduct analyses related to forecasting models (e.g., flow rate analyses, recovery and net credit loss analyses), bureau and alternate credit information, risk and reward trade-off, etc. by leveraging data and creating ad-hoc analyses/management information systems (MIS).
  • Continuously identify process improvements and efficiencies to support business unit goals in collection through dissecting issues and making recommendations.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years of experience with exposure in Loss Forecasting Models.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools, programming language (e.g., SAS, SQL, R, SPSS), and MS Office.
  • Demonstrated quantitative, presentation and analytic skills
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to derive patterns, trends and insights to perform reliable loss forecast that will used for various business strategy to determine acceptable Profit and Loss.
  • Highly attentive to detail and process oriented.
  • Team Player and work well with others.
