Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years of experience with exposure in Loss Forecasting Models.

Demonstrated quantitative, presentation and analytic skills

Responsible for accurate and timely loss forecasting for Plan and Outlook, including the stress testing.

Develop and validate models for loss forecast that will be used for various business strategy to determine acceptable Profit and Loss.

Provide inputs to Loan loss provisioning for overlays.

Continuously identify process improvements and efficiencies to support business unit goals in collection through dissecting issues and making recommendations.

Success experience in manufacturing environment with good knowledge of the Sporting Goods industry

Supply Planning Manager is responsible to drive planning processes within Asia Pacific Region for a business unit/platform. Key responsibilities:

Periodically evaluate planning system parameters & settings that influence net requirements planning and inventory targets.

Relevant work experience of 5 years of planning experience is required.

APICS Supply Chain related certification would be an asset.

Previous experience in leading a team is an asset.

More than 12 years of relevant job experience preferable in HealthCare or FMCG sector

Good interpersonal & coordination skill with strong analytical skill

Computer skill (Excel, Power Point, SAP APO/MM/PPDS)

Ensure implementation product launch activities, including NPI (New Product Introduction), material changes (TL API), minimizing write off impact
