Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Finance business process improvement

Working with finance leads, determine how cash balances and other balance sheet items should be accounted for into the new system.

Review finance process constantly and identify areas of improvements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. Master's Degree is a plus

Experience in ERP implementation is a must

Strong financial analysis skills to partner with the business/commercial team

Experience in Management Consulting is preferred

Minimum of 10 years of Corporate Strategy experience

Experience working in both startup and corporate environments is highly preferable.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.

Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities with a collaborative and inclusive approach.

Collaborate with the C-level to drive financial planning and decision-making across the organization.
