Job Description
About our Client:


Our client is the fastest growing FnB and Lifestyle retail brand in Indonesia and is currently looking for VP Growth to grow the business from the perspective of the holding company.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the F&B and lifestyle retail sector to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor and analyse key business performance metrics, identify areas of opportunity, and develop initiatives to optimise growth and revenue generation.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, including customer insights, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the brand's market presence and expand its customer base.
  • Identify and address the challenges related to product management and organisational structure, streamlining processes, and optimising efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as marketing, operations, finance, and HR to align growth strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business strategy, product development, or growth initiatives
  • Lead and mentor the growth team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial and business strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion
  • Identify and address the challenges related to product management (FnB) and organisational structure, streamlining processes, and optimising efficiency.
  • Have experience working in top tier consulting firm is a plus
  • Have experience in backlog/initiatives prioritisation and the capability to decide trade-offs
