What Will You Do

1. Collaborate with the C-level to drive financial planning and decision-making across the organization.
2. Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
3. Conduct forecasting exercises to guide resource allocation and support strategic planning efforts.
4. Provide insightful analysis of financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
6. Provide guidance and support to team members, enabling them to excel in their roles and achieve professional growth.

What You Will Need

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in the retails, consumer goods industries
3. Experience working in both startup and corporate environments is highly preferable.
4. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
5. Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic financial planning.
6. Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
7. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
