Job Description
  • Creating system documentation, flowchart, to be design, Functional specification, configuration document, testing scenario and user manual.
  • Coordinate with business user and programmer team in software development project.
  • Conduct training with user in the use of new applications.
  • Gain/maintain an in-depth knowledge of business functions.
  • Conduct business and user requirement analysis.


Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Understand of database/RDBMS and able to conduct query database
  • Have good MS Office skill sets
  • Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and English proficient (written and oral)
  • Willing to work under Banking or Insurance project
  • Familiar with Scrum Methodology
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Understand of IT Services Market & Business
  • Willing to work onsite in Jakarta area
  • Practical knowledge in creating BRD and FSD
  • Understand of SDLC
  • Having Experiences as Business Analyst in Digital Workers Product is a plus
