Product Implementation Specialist Jobs

Hello! We are HappyHomes, a tech-based property developer looking to provide affordable housings for everyone. We are currently looking for a Product Implementation Specialist to join our Product team with the following details:

Responsibilities

• Create a project plan for each stakeholder, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of application.
• Ensure that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
• Help stakeholder to install application and all necessary components.
• Manage the implementation of developed technology products for end users
• Work with Product and Development teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.
• Providing time estimates to stakeholder/.
• Educate stakeholder on how to use built application.
• Collaborate with technical writer to create a user manual for each application and stakeholder.

Qualifications

• Willing to work from Kuningan, South Jakarta.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience handling Customer Relationship or Product Implementation.
• Knowledge or understanding of Real Estate related components will be an added advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Management or equivalent.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiar with technology terms.
