Job Description

Responsibility

- Coordinate with Implementation Lead for client training

- Collect master data from client and input to application

- Facilitate training sessions to users

- Report training result to Implementation Lead

- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution

- Support customer in using system well


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Familiar with document verification process
