About the role:

As the Implementation Head, you will be responsible for managing and delivering Darwinbox implementations to clients. You will oversee a team of delivery managers and consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with senior management to define the delivery strategy and execute plans that meet business objectives.

What impact will you create?

• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
• Drive & own automation initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute the delivery strategy, ensuring delivery is aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor delivery performance and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Manage a team of delivery managers, project managers, and consultants responsible for delivering Darwinbox implementations to clients worldwide.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the delivery of services.
• Ensure that delivery methodology and processes are continuously improved and optimized.
• Ensure that project plans are in place and adhered to, and that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage resource allocation, ensuring that the right resources are available to deliver projects and meet client needs.

Requirement :

• Strong functional knowledge in HR.
• Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven results as a Leader with 10+years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing budgets, resource allocation, and project financials.
• Extensive experience in managing and delivering large-scale HRMS implementation projects.
• Adaptable & Flexible - Ability to work and thrive in an environment as well as in an organization structure, which is evolving and constantly changing as well as adept at moving quickly between execution with the project team and strategic thinking.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills: the ability to obtain results in an organization.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a team of delivery managers, project managers, and consultants in a global delivery model.
