Implementation Executive Jobs

Your role

We are seeking a skilled implementation executive to aid in the onboarding process of new clients with our software. In this role, you will demonstrate how our software works to clients, and answer questions relating to implementation. You will also be required to install the software and ensure the client is satisfied with the purchase.

To be successful as an implementation specialist, you should be proficient in basic computer technical skills (MS word, MS excel, etc.) and able to work well as part of a team. Ultimately, an outstanding Implementation Specialist should demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients following the sale of software.
• Creating a specialized document for each client.
• Timely installation of software system.
• Installing software and all necessary components.
• Creating a plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the
• Educating clients on how to use purchased software and highlight key system features.

Requirements:

• Sound technical knowledge. (MS word, MS excel, etc.)
• Detail-oriented.
• The ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field.
