:

- Facilitate training sessions with business users

- Defines master data requirements and input in an application

- Supports handling complaints and providing solutions to overcome the problems

- Customer support system, support queries from existing clients

- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts

- Building trust & rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting both.

- Engaging customers and expanding their use cases through our product.

- Facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables

- Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with team members on upcoming client meetings.

- Prepare documentation or visuals of product implementation for client, analyze & identify any gaps that may exist to identify areas for improvement.

- Work with sales and marketing teams to boost customer referrals & develop case studies

Qualification:

- Bachelor degree education science

- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

- Good communication and presentation skill

- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
