Job Description

Requirements

  • Would be an advantage in understanding mobile programming.
  • Experienced working in software development at least 2 years.
  • Proficient in handling data base, mySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Fluent with software development (ODOO, Flutter)
  • Fluent in HR Administration and Ms Office (Excel, Word and Power point, etc).
  • Bachelor degree or diploma majoring in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Accounting.
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English.

Responsibilities

  • Involving in HR Engagement activities.
  • Identify HR needs regarding the development of HRIS.
  • Maintain data base and and keep up with quality management.
  • Responsible in HRIS System Analyst.
  • Responsible in HR Administration and reporting.
  • Ensure the execution of HRIS development projects are implemented accordingly.
