As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Managing BPJS BPU Work Accident Insurance for Mitra
• Managing BPJS Kesehatan employees
• Providing excellent customer service to employees by promptly addressing their payroll-related inquiries and concerns
• Verifying the accuracy of payroll information, including employee hours worked, overtime, incentive, and deductions, prior to processing
• Processing tipping Driver
• Processing weekly trip Driver
• Collaborating with the Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Liaising with other departments, such as Operations, to gather necessary information for payroll processing
• Managing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees

Job Requirements

In order to launch successfully, you need to have:

• Experience in handling BPJS Kesehatan
• Good communication skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• 6 months of working experience in a similar role or scope of work (intern or apprentice of HR Operations)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and GSuites (Excel and PowerPoint or Gdocs and Gsheets)
