Our founders have a wealth of experience building businesses at some of the most reputable tech and professional service firms in the region (Baca, Grab, McKinsey, etc.). We are looking for a communicative and ambitious Sales Development Representative who possess a passion for people and impact.

Responsibilities

• Doing data scraping and generate leads from scratch
• Introduce our headhunting services/ job platform to prospective company via phone / email / whatsapp
• Scheduling meetings between the clients & internal account management
• Take initiatives to reach prospective clients (outbound)
• Solicit feedback from employers, understand pin points and take ownership to ensure issues are quickly and effectively resolved
• Create amazing partnership experience with external stakeholder or prospective client
• Operate the system and input data accurately

Requirements

• Has experience working in a Headhunting Agency, Recruitment Consultant, HRIS and selling headhunting services to all type of Companies (Preferably)
• Experienced in Data scraping and generating leads from scratch
• Willing to work WFO in Jakarta Selatan
• Has superb ability to do cold calling & initial presentation
• Has basic understand on how headhunting service works.
• Has a minimum 1-2 years of experience as a B2B Lead Generation / Telemarketing
