Telesales Specialist Jobs

Job requirements:

1, cheerful personality, treat people with enthusiasm, honesty and integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, good language skills, communication skills, and team spirit

2、Strong affinity and infectious power, a strong sense of active learning.

3、Be able to use OFFICE software skillfully.

4、2-3 years of experience in Telesales, has chemical sales is preferred.

Job duties：

1、Cooperate with sales to complete sales-related work and market development.

2、Cooperate with sales to understand customers' needs through effective communication with customers and find sales opportunities.

3、To complete the administrative affairs arranged by sales, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan and sales data collation.

4、Responsible for the recovery and collation of shipping documents, and the corresponding documents to the company for filing.

5、Assist sales to follow up customer payment and ensure timely return of payment.

6、Assist sales to update the customer list to the company regularly.

7、Other work as arranged by the company and willing to work in the West Jakarta area (Neo Soho)
