Business Development (Hris Support)

Job descriptions:

• Achieve the monthly sales target.
• Make sure clients’ needs are met with our service; find solution and make proposal to solve clients' needs.
• Handle the end-to-end sales process until client success.
• Other things are related with this role.
• Introduce product features and value proposition to clients to get their interest in order to get orders from them.
• Update and manage CRM.
• Set up client meeting and pitching.
• Hunt new potential clients by cold or warm call or message.
• Negotiate with clients in terms of price and terms/conditions.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as BD (hunting experience) in non-product business or Fresh Graduate with at least 1 experience in BD field also welcome to apply.
• Having experience in SaaS industry or at least understanding SaaS business model or basic knowledge about it.
• Able to work individually, willing to trace and achieve target.
• Placement: South Jakarta.
• English business level. (Japanese speaking but not must)
• Willing to work in a startup phase business condition.
