Customer Support Hris Jobs

Having experience in SaaS industry or at least understanding SaaS business model or basic knowledge about it.

Hunt new potential clients by cold or warm call or message.

Set up client meeting and pitching.

Introduce product features and value proposition to clients to get their interest in order to get orders from them.

Make sure clients’ needs are met with our service; find solution and make proposal to solve clients' needs.

Negotiate with clients in terms of price and terms/conditions.

Having a good knowledge with HRIS

Having recognized experiences in HRIS setting

Have experience in same position within 1 year(s)

Must Have a good knowledge with Tax 21 (PPH 21)

Support Payroll process that related with system

Solve problems related to the HRIS system
