Business Development Support Specialist

As Business Development (BD) Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and expansion of the company by providing administrative and operational assistance to the BD team. This role involves various tasks aimed at streamlining processes, enhancing client relationships, and facilitating the pursuit of new business opportunities to ensure the BD team operates efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Supporting the team in the preparation of reports and analysis.
• Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape.
• Support the Business Development Team to prepare the good, attractive, and professional presentation for clients.
• Providing general administrative support, such as managing email and phone correspondence and handling other administrative tasks as needed.
• Managing the team's calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses.
• Scheduling meetings and appointments with potential clients and coordinating follow-up activities.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and coordinated with other internal department.
• Creating and maintaining a database of potential clients and contacts.
• Conducting market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
• Follow up with clients and partners, both potential and running ones
• Preparing sales and marketing materials, such as proposals, Letter of Agreement, MOU, NDA.

Qualifications

• Familiar with data analytics tools such as Python and S
• Familiar in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel with formulas and Word)
• Strong presentation designing skills and familiar with designing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva. Strong analytical and competitive research mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• English proficient in speaking and business writing
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience in automotive industry, project, electrical vehicle is desirable
• Fresh graduate with organizational background or 1-year experience in multinational company
