About the Program

This is a comprehensive development program for fresh graduates and early professionals who aspire to become sales professionals in the financial technology industry. During a six-month development program, you will be equipped with the best-in-class learnings, hands-on training, mentoring with industry experts, and direct practices in day-to-day sales operations and project-based assignments.

At the end of the program, we aim for the trainees to master the necessary skill sets and knowledge they need to succeed in the competitive and ever-changing sales landscape.

What do you need to deliver during the program?

  • Research, identify, and target key market players to generate interest and develop opportunities for the company.
  • Innovate to create a better sales approach and improve the current process.
  • Help the business team qualify marketing and sales leads and convert them into meetings with potential clients.
  • Develop an outbound prospecting strategy to keep a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Manage and establish communication with potential clients.
  • Actively participate in the series of program activities from learning to practices on day-to-day program development.


Who are we seeking?

  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must. Feel comfortable working with a global team with diverse nationalities and backgrounds.
  • Individuals who have a strong interest and aspirations in the sales field, and aspire to become sales professionals in the financial services industry.
  • Fresh graduates or early professionals with max. 2 years of experience from any major.
  • Individuals who are eager to unlearn to learn, grow along with our organization in building hyper-growth businesses in data, payment, and SaaS products.
  • Individuals who possess excellent communication skills, are highly proactive and are always focused on achieving targets.
