Sales Business Development

We are looking for sales person who is experienced in high rise building (commercial) / industrial / oil & gas market for pump system product. Our customers are project based and you must be familiar with tender mechanism and lobbying mechanical contractors, consultants, developers, and owner. You must know how to create projects from zero and passionate about it. We need experienced salesperson with proven sales achievements, proven strategy, and proven deep networks within market of your strength. You must be able to prove yourself as ambitious yet trustworthy salesperson.

Who are we ?

PT. Roda Nurmala is pump & system specialist. We are distributing pump systems across projects in Indonesia. Established for more than 20 years, we have strong market presence in commercial building, industrial and oil & gas projects, specialized in fire pumps.

Duties :

·Provide introductions & presentations to mechanical consultants, contractors and owners for High Rise Building / Industrial market.

·Learn & understand about pump systems and our products completely.

·Follow up leads and maintain patiently and persistently until closing.

·Manage and prioritize some sales, leads and projects strategically.

·Lobbying and creating projects from zero.

·Achieve individual sales target.

Requirements :

·Diploma / bachelor / master degree from reputable university and min. GPA 3.0

·You must have mechanical engineering background (major in mechanical engineering with strong fluid dynamic or pump system knowledge) or you are willing to learn through our training (you must be a fast learner!)

·Able to exercise great sales communication, lobbying and persuasion skills genuinely.

·Genuine sales project experiences in the industry (min. 5 years) with reputable and genuine sales achievements.

·Specialized or highly experienced in high rise building (commercial) or industrial market for mechanical products.

·Possess deep networks in your specialized industry.

·Service excellence and ambitious, target oriented. You have the ambition to achieve certain target and be trusted by people and provide satisfactions from your work.

·A genuinely trustworthy person, or else, customer won’t buy from you.
