Job Description
Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports and provide insights on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, sponsors, and partners to expand our business network.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends in the esports market.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with the events team to leverage sales opportunities during esports tournaments and events.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase brand visibility.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our esports offerings.

  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving esports landscape.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in esports or gaming.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to make informed business decisions.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Networking Skills: Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills to establish partnerships and client relationships.
  • Esports Passion: A strong passion for esports and a deep understanding of the industry trends and players.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure deals and agreements.
