Business Development (Credit Marketing Officer)

MoneyDuck is building a tech-enabled social commerce platform to offer a full spectrum of financial products such as loans, insurance, and investments to the end consumers through ExpertDuck.

We are looking a highly motivated and energetic Direct Sales and Financial Experts Recruiter Specialist. You will be a dedicated resource for the development and application of effective recruitment strategies. The goal is to achieve sustainable financial growth through effective strategies and strong partner relationships.

The following are the full details of the requirements for the position of Business Development (Sales Acquisition) in PT MONEYDUCK TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Responsible for acquiring direct sales that have good prospects and good sales records.
• Interface directly with all direct sales personnel.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of strong relationships with direct sales.
• Build a high performing direct sales network by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong data driven skills
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Adequate ability to write and speak in English
• Excellent communication skills, good negotiation and good presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• 2-3 year of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Experience with acquiring partners
